VOOWA Child Safety Standards

VOOWA is a platform exclusively for adults (18 and over) seeking marriage. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we maintain to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

Our commitment

• VOOWA is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.
• Accounts created for or by minors are prohibited.
• We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children.
• We act on reports and remove violating accounts and content.

Preventing CSAE

• Adults-only sign-up: every user attests that they are 18 or older, and age is checked during ID verification.
• Photo and ID verification help confirm that members are real adults.
• Nudity and sexual content are not permitted, and CSAM is strictly forbidden.

Reporting and response

Every profile and conversation can be reported and blocked directly in the app. Anyone can also email childsafety@voowa.love. Reports are reviewed promptly, violating accounts are removed, and relevant information is preserved.

Cooperation with authorities

We comply with applicable child safety laws and report apparent CSAM or CSAE to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and relevant regional authorities as required by law.
